In the early 1900s, SLO’s Chinatown was home to about 1,500 Chinese American residents who referred to the area around Palm Street as “Tong Yun Fow”, or “Chinese People’s City”.

Festival Mosaic / Paso Robles

Stone Soup Music Festival & Street Fair / Grover Beach

(August 23rd & 24th)

The Stone Soup Festival was created to bring music, food, merchandise vendors and art together in celebration of community diversity.

Mid-State Fair / Paso Robles Event Center

(July 16th-27th)

Featuring carnival rides, concerts, livestock exhibits, local wine and craft showcases; it’s nicknamed “The Biggest Little Fair Anywhere.”
